Area Sales Manager


  • Build and maintain sustainable relationships with customers and distributors in the countries of Italy, France, Spain and Portugal
  • Development of new customer structures and business areas in those regions
  • Development and implementation of region-specific market and sales strategies
  • Acquisition of new customers, support and further development of existing customers and key accounts
  • Cooperation with trading partners, project management as well as planning and organization of order-related activities
  • Handling of sales-related processes such as product and solution presentations
  • Ongoing market observation as well as analysis and interpretation of market data and key figures


  • Completed business education or technical training
  • Several years of professional experience and success in international sales and/or business development
  • Technical know-how in high pressure technology is an advantage
  • Communicative personality, convincing appearance, high degree of self-organization
  • Intercultural competence and entrepreneurial way of thinking and acting
  • Fluent in German and English, Italian and/or French skills are an advantage
  • Strong willingness to travel internationally
